1. Vehicle Drop Off

If you’ve been in an accident, or your vehicle has damage that you would like repaired by the very best in the business, simply call one of our locations or drop off your vehicle at your preferred Texans Auto Works location. Our team works side-by-side with leading insurance providers to complete a free computerised estimate and accurately assess any damage before we begin making repairs. Repair Process..

2. Body Repair

After your vehicle is evaluated, it moves into the body shop, where we remove all parts requiring separate repair or replacement, and perform body and structural repair work. Meanwhile, all repair work undergoes a rigorous quality control inspection.

Due to the current nationwide manufactures parts shortage, some customers may experience a delay in restoring their car to its original condition. Rest assured, your Texans Auto Works Advisor will keep you informed every step of the way.

3. Painting & Polish

Once body work is complete, your vehicle begins the painting and polish process. First, our expert painters utilize computer technology to find the exact color match based on manufacturer codes before applying fresh paint. Your vehicle is then polished and prepared for reassembly before entering another quality control checkpoint.

4. Vehicle Reassembly

Your vehicle returns to the body shop where it is reassembled with lamps, air conditioning, grills, doors, and other parts involved in your repair. Once assembled, it enters a final quality control check to ensure all authorized repair work is completed and that the job reflects our standard of excellence.

5. Clean Vehicle

A trip to Texans Auto Works isn’t complete until we treat your vehicle to a complete wash and vacuum. This final step ensures your vehicle will look pristine upon pick up and allows us to check cosmetic repairs one last time.

6. Quality Inspeciton
